I’m Jody Allard, dog mom and content design leader. Most recently, I’ve been heading up a large combined UX and support content team at Square. Before that, I led Content & Curation content design for Pinterest and Seller Commerce content design at Meta. Other notable work includes leading content teams at Microsoft (twice!) and launching T-Mobile’s sales communication website.

In addition to my content design work, I also have a broad editorial background, which includes journalism, B2B marketing for tech clients and a SaaS startup, technical editing and social media. I believe in the power of information to change lives and create engaging, powerful experiences.
